Buying a home is exciting, but sometimes daunting experience.This class will help you learn the basics of home buying, including how to find grants, loans, and government financing programs, how to identify mistakes to avoid, what to expect from new builds and how to purchase foreclosures. You'll leave feeling more confident about the next steps and with a clear vision of how the entire home-buying process comes together.
This class will be taught by Jeff Warner, Principal Broker and Real Estate Adviser for Buy Utah Homes Realty.

The Sweet Branch is the sister branch of the Anderson-Foothill Branch using the same modular design. The branch contains over 8,000 square feet of service space, including a public meeting room that can be used for a variety of community gathering needs, from community council meetings to music performances to neighborhood celebrations. Free parking is available to the north of the building, and free wi-fi access is provided throughout the library.
