ARTIST STATEMENT
Art to me is a way to escape from the struggles and demands of the day. It doesn't matter what you create. It matters on what you feel while doing it. Some of the simplest projects that I have worked on have been my most profound moments. Being able to feel the subtle feeling of calmness while painting is the greatest feeling in the world.
My goal as a young artist is to explore as many styles and techniques as possible. Learning new mediums and experiencing different subjects can expand your own abilities. Art has no limits and can be stretched beyond imagination.
Motivation as an artist can be the hardest struggle, but with the support of my mother and my father I continue to have the opportunity to work on projects that I never thought I could. Thank you to my friends and family for the encouragement to keep reaching. I want to give a special thanks to my very good friend Olivia. Both of us being aspiring artist, we have been able to learn and help each other on our own journeys.
Just draw what you love, doesn't matter what it is. The more you try the better you get and the more you learn.

Salt Lake City's Main Library, designed by internationally-acclaimed architect Moshe Safdie in conjunction with VCBO Architecture, opened in February 2003 and remains one of the most architecturally unique structures in Utah. This striking 240,000 square-foot structure houses more than 500,000 books and other materials, yet serves as more than just a repository of books and computers. It reflects and engages the city's imagination and aspirations. The structure embraces a public plaza, with shops and services at ground level, reading galleries above, and a 300-seat auditorium.
A multi-level reading area along the Glass Lens at the southern facade of the building looks out onto the plaza with stunning views of the city and Wasatch Mountains beyond. Spiraling fireplaces on four floors resemble a column of flame from the vantage of 200 East and 400 South. The Urban Room between the Library and the Crescent Wall is a space for all seasons, generously endowed with daylight and open to magnificent views.
