Art Exhibit reception for "Myths and Legends," by Isabella Bertagnolli. Exhibit runs May 26–July 7.
Artists' Bio
Isabella Bertagnolli is a self-taught artist and Salt Lake City native who brings myths and legends to life through her art. With a focus on fantasy and a touch of surrealism, Isabella's work reimagines timeless stories while drawing inspiration from Greek, Celtic, and Nordic mythology. For the past eight years, Isabella has been painting and honing her craft, driven by a passion for storytelling and a fascination with mythology. Her art connects the past and present, inviting viewers to explore worlds shaped by myth and nature. In her work she aims to capture poignant emotions through a fantasy lens and represent strong women through a fantasy lens. Isabella likes to start from the bones of the story and try to imagine how the heroes and heroines would act at pivotal moments, drawing inspiration for her compositions from the outdoors.

This beautiful facility was designed to complement the Rose Park neighborhood with sensitivity to its site on the Jordan River Parkway. An open space plan, with a large community meeting room and outside deck area, will accommodate this growing community for many years.
The south property of the Day-Riverside Branch is home to TreeUtah's EcoGarden, a "food forest" where all members of the community can learn about urban farming and organic gardening. The Day-Riverside Branch has a meeting room available for public use that features tables, chairs, a projector screen, and a piano.
Free parking is available to the west of the building, and free wi-fi access is provided throughout the library.
