Join us in exploring the amazing cuisine of America’s Indigenous Peoples.  Corn, beans and squash are just a few examples of some of the staple crops with deep Native American roots.  We will send you a title that explores the great variety of these crops.

A couple of days before the event, we send out an email with a link to the Zoom meeting and a list of all the books we sent.  Some people like to print the list so they can make notes about which cookbooks they want to try at a later time.

After you register, we put a cookbook on hold for you that ties in with this month's theme. Sometimes the link to the theme is obvious, sometimes it's a little more subtle.
