Art by Steve Case and Christina Stanley · Exhibit runs from Oct 23 - Nov 27
ARTIST STATEMENT
I studied art at Utah State University, University of Utah and Pratt Institute. Most of my studies and work have been drawing and printmaking. This recent body of work, exploring the media of water colors, has provided an opportunity to push the realms of color. The size has been purposely chosen for future plein air work while traveling with limited space. I hope you enjoy the work.
-Steve Case
My interest in painting began many years ago, but I didn’t dive in until the last three years. Recently I started taking art classes as a way to improve my skills, so that I may better convey my sense of truth and beauty. The interplay of the built and natural environments is one area of inspiration for this body of work.

This beautiful facility was designed to complement the Rose Park neighborhood with sensitivity to its site on the Jordan River Parkway. An open space plan, with a large community meeting room and outside deck area, will accommodate this growing community for many years.
The south property of the Day-Riverside Branch is home to TreeUtah's EcoGarden, a "food forest" where all members of the community can learn about urban farming and organic gardening. The Day-Riverside Branch has a meeting room available for public use that features tables, chairs, a projector screen, and a piano.
Free parking is available to the west of the building, and free wi-fi access is provided throughout the library.
