Together, in a safe and structured environment, we'll explore ways to express the feelings that hold us back. In this workshop you'll respond to thoughtful prompts to create visual mixed-media art.
This meetup invites you to approach the places inside that you’d rather keep hidden, by getting creative through the use of visual mixed-media.
To what lengths do we conceal our deepest inner truths? When and how did we learn to conceal ourselves, replacing who we really are with something we think we should be, or something we think other people want us to be? How does hiding your true self hold you back from the powerful being you were meant to be?
Through this process you will begin to learn how to transform negativity into positivity.
