Decade dishes highlight culinary trends, from 1950s tuna noodle casserole to 2000s cupcakes, reflecting changing kitchen technology and lifestyles. Iconic trends include 1960s fondue, 1970s quiche, 1980s microwave pizza rolls, and 1990s molten lava cakes. Revisit these retro foods with us.   

After you register, we put a cookbook on hold for you that ties in with this month's theme. Sometimes the link to the theme is obvious, sometimes it's a little more subtle. 

A couple of days before the event, we send out an email with a link to the Zoom meeting and a list of all the books we sent.  Some people like to print the list so they can make notes about which cookbooks they want to try at a later time.
