America’s Test Kitchen prides itself on teaching the proven principles that elevate everyday cooking. Fortunately, The City Library has a large collection of their titles.  We will send you a copy of a Test Kitchen title so you can learn the expert techniques that refine every dish and explore dependable recipes.

After you register, we put a cookbook on hold for you that ties in with this month's theme. Sometimes the link to the theme is obvious, sometimes it's a little more subtle. 

A couple of days before the event, we send out an email with a link to the Zoom meeting and a list of all the books we sent.  Some people like to print the list so they can make notes about which cookbooks they want to try at a later time.
